4. Orders & delivery

Turnaround times are estimates, commonly around 48 hours for standard documents. We personalize each order with the information you provide; delays in providing details may affect delivery. Documents are delivered electronically as print-ready PDFs.

5. Payment & refunds

Pricing is confirmed before work begins. Because documents are custom-prepared, completed work is generally non-refundable; if there is an error on our part, we will correct it promptly at no charge.

6. License

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered documents within your own moving business. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the templates for sale to others.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoverDocx disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or documents. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.
